The first one has just a touch of a Leni Riefenthahl feel… I’m not saying fascist per se, but the looming crags, the 1930s Aryan woman…

Guilty as charged on the Leni Riefenthahl point! (And the second one could be construed as not-so-ethnically-sensitive either.. uh oh). But I like to think of it as a ‘reclamation’ project of sorts: I’m trying to reclaim Teutonic fairytale imagery from the clutches of 30s fascist propaganda.
